Meditation is the most important exercise you can do for your mind.  This audio explains the benefits of meditation and takes you through a step-by-step process to show you how to meditate.  The meditations begin with an instruction on proper breathing, so that you may begin to relax.  Then the process of relaxing your body, which assists you in taking your thoughts out of your mind and into your body, so that you may practice quieting and focusing your mind, and become more in tune with your body.  Finally, I show you how to do three of my favorite ways to meditate, which are quieting the mind, feeling love, and peaceful meditation.
